A beautiful, great place to live!

We are located in unincorporated northern Gwinnett County, Georgia, 35 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta, just minutes off I-85 and I-985.  Nearby are the renowned shopping and entertainment regional center called the Mall of Georgia, historic downtown Buford, and one of the most popular recreation lakes in the nation, Lake Lanier, with Lake Lanier Islands.

Our community has 50 beautiful homes built in 1995 with a Buford, Georgia, mailing address.  Homes sit on spacious mostly one-half to one-acre lots with numerous mature oak and pine trees.  There is no through traffic thus keeping our neighborhood quiet and reducing the incidence of crime.  We have friendly folks who enjoy knowing their neighbors and having neighborhood get-togethers.
